These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase and participation in training programmes provided by Vichag Economics Limited (“Vichag Economics”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By purchasing or participating in a course, you agree to these Terms.

2. Course Services
We provide live and/or recorded training sessions, course materials, case studies, and related educational content (“Course”).
Course details, dates, format, and pricing are set out on our website or registration page.
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to course content, speakers, scheduling, or format where necessary.
3. Eligibility
Our courses are intended for:

Early-career professionals
By purchasing a Course, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.
4. Payment
Full payment must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers. We do not store full card details.
Access to the Course is not confirmed until payment has been received.
All prices are stated in GBP (£) unless otherwise specified.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
5.1 Student Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 3 days before the Course start date may receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 3 days of the Course start date are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
Refunds, where granted, will be processed to the original payment method.
5.2 Course Changes or Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to:

Reschedule sessions

Change instructors

Adjust content

Cancel a Course if necessary
If we cancel a Course entirely, you will receive a full refund.
We are not responsible for additional costs incurred (e.g., travel, accommodation).
6. Access and Use of Materials
All course materials, including slides, case studies, recordings, templates, and datasets (“Materials”), are the property of Vichag Economics Limited or its licensors.
Students are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use the Materials for personal educational purposes only.
You may not:

Share Materials with non-participants

Reproduce or distribute Materials commercially

Record sessions without permission

Upload Materials to public platforms
Students may retain personal copies for private study.
Vichag Economics reserves the right to pursue legal action if these materials are distributed without permission.
7. Recordings
Sessions may be recorded for internal use or for distribution to participants.
By participating, you acknowledge that your name, voice, or image may appear in recordings.
If you do not wish to appear in recordings, you may keep your camera off and use chat where appropriate.
8. Professional Standards and Disclaimer
Our Courses are educational in nature.
They do not constitute:

A guarantee of employment
We do not guarantee job offers, internships, or specific career outcomes.
9. Participant Conduct
Participants must behave respectfully toward instructors and other students.
We reserve the right to remove any participant without refund in cases of:

Disruptive behaviour

Harassment

Misuse of Materials

Breach of these Terms
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from participation in the Course.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Course.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Intellectual Property of Student Work
Unless otherwise agreed, students retain ownership of any work they create during the Course.
By submitting work or feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive right to use anonymised feedback for marketing and improvement purposes.
12. Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, technical failures, platform outages, or government restrictions.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
15. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of purchase will apply to that Course.
